PRESENTATION GUIDELINES: 

• Bring your own laptop and any necessary connectors/adapters (e.g., HDMI, USB-C).
• No presentation template is required 
• Stay within your allocated time. 20 mins presentation, 5 min Q&A. Session chairs will keep time.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up and test equipment.

 POSTER SESSION GUIDELINES: 

• Location/Time: All posters will be presented on Thurs, Oct 9, 6:30-8:30pm at The Biot Mixer: Posters, People, and Pours (P³), location TBD
• Poster Size: 4 ft (width) x 3 ft (height) is preferred.
• All presenters are expected to stand by their posters during the session
• Posters can be set up earlier in the day on Thursday and may remain on display throughout the day.
• Boards, stands, and pins/clips will be provided for mounting posters
• No poster template is provided.
• Best presentation: Judges will evaluate student and early career (within 5 years of PhD) presentations during the session.
• The best presenter in each category will be announced on Friday morning and will receive a certificate.
